Landudec covers 2,056 hectares and has a population of 1,300. It lies at the intersection of four areas or ‘Pays’ of south-west Finistère: le Pays Glazik, le Cap-Sizun, le Pays Bigouden and le Pen Sardinn and is part of the Communauté des Communes du Haut Pays Bigouden.
The village has 20 farms, although two-thirds of the population live in the centre.
